We also provide multifaceted advice on Private-Public Partnerships (PPPs) that employ a variety of mechanisms and schemes (such as projects utilizing public real estate, comprehensive outsourcing to the private sector, and the Designated Manager System, etc.) taking care to respect the special attributes of the public sector side while also incorporating in those of the private sector side in a balanced manner.
