We participated in the commencement of operations of Japan’s first Electronic Monetary Claim Recording Institution and engaged in formulation of its operating rules and other activities. Putting such experiences we gained from playing such pioneering role to use, we provide broad legal support for building new schemes using the electronically recorded monetary claims system.
