We have demonstrated strength in litigation concerning financial institutions’ loan claims and collateral and in litigation concerning a variety of different financial instruments, and this is based on our expertise in the gamut of financial legal affairs. A prime example of this is that we have won two judicial precedents handed down by the Supreme Court in relation to an issue about superiority or inferiority of the security by way of assignment of future claims to the tax claims, and subsequently led in this area of legal practice.
