We are in charge of external whistleblower liaison for several companies pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act. For client companies with whom we have a master agreement for legal consultations or similar, we provide appropriate measures to fulfil the requirements of whistleblower protection pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Act, such as ensuring that the lawyer who is normally in charge of the company’s legal affairs is not appointed to whistleblower liaison.
